1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tensortic ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of the Platform

Tensortic is a paper trading simulation platform for educational purposes only. All trades executed on the Platform use virtual currency and have no real financial value. Tensortic is not a broker, investment advisor, or financial institution.

• All account balances are virtual and have no real monetary value
• No real securities, derivatives, or financial instruments are bought or sold
• Market data is provided for educational and simulation purposes only
• Past performance in simulation does not guarantee future results in real trading

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform.

4. Virtual Capital & Credits

Each user receives ₹1,00,000 in virtual capital at the beginning of each calendar month, at no cost. Additional virtual credits may be purchased optionally. Purchased credits are non-refundable as they have no real monetary value outside the Platform. Virtual capital and credits cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for real money under any circumstances.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate, hack, or reverse-engineer the Platform
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Share your account with other users

6. Market Data

Market data displayed on Tensortic is sourced from third-party providers including Zerodha Kite Connect. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data. Data may be delayed and should not be used for actual trading decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform including but not limited to the FlowSense indicator, NiftyFlow signal engine, and all associated algorithms are the intellectual property of Tensortic and are protected under applicable Indian law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tensortic and its team shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any decisions you make in real financial markets based on your experience with the Platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service, without prior notice. Upon termination, your virtual balance and data may be deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
