• Password (stored in encrypted form via Supabase Auth)
• Feedback and support messages you send us

• Trading activity within the Platform (virtual trades, orders, positions)
• Pages visited and features used within the Platform
• Device type, browser type, and IP address
• Time and date of access

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To provide and improve the Platform's features
• To send important account and service updates
• To respond to your feedback and support requests
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• To analyse usage patterns and improve user experience

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database with row-level security). Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Supabase — authentication and database (supabase.com)
• Zerodha Kite Connect — market data provider
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Railway — hosting and infrastructure

Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect Platform functionality.

6. Your Rights

Under applicable Indian law and general data protection principles, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent for non-essential data processing

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Virtual trading history is retained for up to 12 months. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Tensortic is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
